How to Use

1. Cleanse and dehydrate the nail with phBond.

2. Apply Ultrabond Acid-Free Primer and let it dry.

3. Use the Rubber Base Coat, cure for 30 seconds.

4. Apply Velvet in 1–2 coats, curing each layer for 60 seconds.

5. Finish with your favorite HEYLOVE Top Coat.
