Nixie Gel is a collection of sparkles that consists of 8 radiant multi-colored shades.
Method of application:
- make a substrate from Rubber base;
- apply sparkles with a leveling layer;
- dry each layer for 60 seconds;
- cover with top.
This is a soft material, so they cannot be built up and strengthened. It's made for designs!
